REIKI TRAINING 2008
Courses are available in Crowborough. Usually the courses involve attendance on two days from 10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. each day. For all seminars students are asked to bring their own lunch. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing and not wear crystals. Attunements and training can be arranged on a personal basis for those who cannot come to a weekend. All training is currently arranged on a personal basis:
Reiki 1 is for people who want to develop the capacity to heal by direct touch (both for self-healing and others in need). This is the first essential step for all Reiki healers. The energy centres are opened to allow the channelling of the Universal Life Force Energy for healing. Both experienced and novice healers experience a considerable increase in the healing power channelled. The cost of the training is £90.00.
Reiki 2 is for those who wish to take a step upward in healing power and who wish to be more effective in healing at a distance and working with mental and emotional issues. Symbols (as revealed to Dr. Usui, the first Reiki Master) are given which enhance and focus the healing energy. “Hands on healing” is also more powerful. Psychic perception may be increased. The cost of the training is £170.00.
Reiki 3A (Master Practitioner or Advanced Reiki Training 3): An intermediate level of training in Reiki Mastery may be received. The student receives the Usui Master Symbol for use in healing and is taught advanced methods of hands on and distance healing. The use of crystal grids in distance healing, advanced breathing techniques for personal development, a form of psychic surgery and other methods of healing are taught. The cost is £200.00. This level is recognized as Master Practitioner by the UK Reiki Federation.
Reiki 3 - Usui Reiki Master is for those who wish to learn how to give the attunements to others and who feel ready to take on a teaching role. This is not a step to be taken lightly, as those who have the ability to enable others to heal more effectively, take on a responsibility to share the gift with others. At this stage Reiki Healing becomes the predominant focus of a person’s life. The cost is £600.00, £400.00 to those who have received Reiki 3A from me..
Reiki Master with Tibetan Symbols: Two more symbols are given in this training and another attunement. This introduces more advanced forms of healing including healing attunements, work with crystal grids and psychic surgery. This costs £150.00. At this stage I will certify a student as a Master Teacher provided they have begun to teach and completed their earlier Master Training with me.
Japanese Tradition Reiki: More information about the history of Reiki is given. Reiki is seen much more clearly as a pathway of spiritual development and self-healing. Energy exercises, meditation and the early form of attunement called Reiju are taught. This is an important part of preparation to be a Reiki Master/Teacher. This is taught as a one day stand alone seminar and may be included in the Master/Teacher training if requested.
Karuna Reiki: The Reiki of Compassionate Action is available at practitioner or Master level. The Practitioner Level is an extension of Reiki 2 with eight additional healing symbols for clearer focus on different healing issues. The cost is £150.00.
Karuna Master, which includes practitioner level when taken by Usui Masters, costs £450.00. Manuals and registration are an additional cost.
